PPS is a specialty manufacturer of J Strips, Packing Rings, Spill Strips and all types of conventional and specialty Turbine Seal requirements.

We have the Engineering staff, CAD-CAM services and the ability to reverse engineer and recreate clearances to marry the rotational and stationary parts.

Complete packing box and oil deflector assembly repair is available at our 56,000 sq. ft. facility with complete crane coverage. Our capabilities includes weld repair and machining of the packing boxes and oil deflector casings followed by installation of in-house manufactured seals or packing.

Out of round conditions inherent in older assemblies can be corrected with these same procedures resulting in improved steam efficiencies.
